requestBody.Read avoids panicking when requestBody.conn is unset and we are in tests. This seems like an excellent way to hide a non-test panic. Drop the exceptional path. This path was introduced in golang.org/cl/31636 to support a test verifying that concurrently closing and reading from a Request.Body does not race. Rewrite this test to use a real server handler.
