Ian Lance Taylor fe8b969b2d ipv6: OpenBSD does not appear to support multicast loopback

Skip the tests for it, as we already skip them on FreeBSD.

Fixes golang/go#42064

Go Networking

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
