Tobias Klauser c7608f3a84 ipv4, ipv6: enable additional tests on darwin and ios

These tests seem to work on all supported macOS and iOS versions, so
enable them on darwin and ios.

Go Networking

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
