Mikio Hara 5c2c250b6a icmp: make non-privileged tests more adaptive

Assuming every Linux kernel configures net.ipv4.ping_group_range well is
a bit naive.

Go Networking

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
