Closures are another reference to Funcs, and it cleans up the code quite a bit to be clear about types. OCLOSUREVAR is renamed to OCLOSUREREAD to make clearer that it is unrelated to the list Func.ClosureVars. Passes buildall w/ toolstash -cmp.
