Zachary Yedidia de9567322b Rebind Home and End to StartOfLine and EndOfLine 
This commit changes the default keybindings for Home and End. It
also changes the InsertEnter action to InsertNewline (a better name)
although InsertEnter is still valid for backwards compatibility.

Closes #206

Runtime files for Micro

This directory will be embedded in the Go binary for portability, but it may just as well be put in ~/.config/micro. If you would like to make your own colorschemes and syntax files, you can put in in ~/.config/micro/colorschemes and ~/.config/micro/syntax respectively.
