Zachary Yedidia dce56a2b85 Have HandleShellCommand return the stdout 
HandleShellCommand will now return the stdout as a string and
it also takes an additional flag indicating whether it should
wait before closing the shell and returning to the editor.

Runtime files for Micro

This directory will be embedded in the Go binary for portability, but it may just as well be put in ~/.config/micro. If you would like to make your own colorschemes and syntax files, you can put in in ~/.config/micro/colorschemes and ~/.config/micro/syntax respectively.
